About Chris and Jan Markham

I began my real estate career here in Destin in 1999 and my beautiful wife Jan began her real estate journey in New Jersey in 2004. We are both much happier since she relocated to Destin, and we were married at our home in Emerald Lakes. As the broker/owner of Blueprint Real Estate, I am very fortunate to have a partner with knowledge and experience to help me make our unique company a great one. We both have learned over the years that one of the most important skills that we offer to our clients is personal service and excellent communication skills. This is something that you rarely get from a larger company where you are more likely to be treated as a number than a person.

Our goal is to only work with a smaller group of customers so that we can ensure the level of service that you deserve.
